Reasons for failure or insufficient strength of EVA sealing hot melt adhesive

In the process of using EVA sealing hot melt glue, if there is a lack of adhesion or insufficient strength, it should be checked from the following aspects:
1. Check whether the temperature is correct and whether the glue in the glue pan is melted normally;
2. Check whether the amount of coating is too small. If it is too small, the amount of coating can be appropriately increased without drawing or overflow.
3. Can appropriately increase pressure;
4. To check whether the back coating of the seal is normal, you can try to change different batches of seal bars to re-seal the edge test;
5. Check whether the plate is damp or whether the plate is too loose;
6. If the above methods are excluded, the problem still exists and it can be basically determined that it is the glue itself.
